RM Series - A quality range of power relays designed for chassis mounting via mounting tabs, connections via 6.3mm push on terminals. Available in three types; DPCO 16Amp, 3PCO 16Amp, DPCO 25Amp. These relays are ideal for switching large resistive loads such as heating elements and lighting loads when perhaps the use of a contactor would be the normal consideration. Types;

129 - Miniature seven digit operations counter with a front bezel size of only 32x15mm. The 129 counter is only available in DC voltages and is suitable for either front panel or PCB mounting.

170, 171, 180 and 181 - Simple electromechanical operation counters, available in a choice of two front bezel sizes 36x4mm or 53x28mm. The counters are available with or without reset. On resetable versions the reset is via a front manual pushbutton.

663.6 and 668.6 - Din rail mounted modular construction grey operation counter, suitable for mounting within consumer units width 36mm (2 modules) and height 60mm. These operation counters benefit from an excellent shock and vibration resistance specification.

UNI-1LR and UNI-2LR - An attractive modern designed 16 Amp AC1 latching relay in a din rail mounted modular style housing of 1.5 modules width (27mm). An 11 pin plug in engine start attempt relay for use in starting combustion engines connected to generators. The number of start attempts is selected by the middle selector switch 1-8. The start time is set by the top potentiometer between 3-30 sees and the recovery time by the bottom potentiometer between 6-60 sees. When the auxiliary supply (9-30VDC) is first applied (+2 & -10) the "Start" relay energises immediately for the "Start" time. After expiration of the "Start" time the relay de-energises for the "Recovery" time. This cycle continues for 1-8 times as set by the number on the "Attempts" switch. If the engine starts the power supply to terminals 2 & 10 should be thus wired so that it is interrupted. The "Alarm" relay will energise after the last start attempt thus an "engine fail to start alarm", this status will remain until the auxiliary supply is removed.

Din rail mounted or 8 & 11 pin plug in SPCO with a DPCO option on plug in units dedicated flasher relays, with dedicated coil voltages. The flashers are available as a standard fixed 1 sec On and 1 sec Off cycle ("DB" version) or with an adjustable cycle time, a set cycle time equates to "50% On & 50% Off". The relays can also on request, subject to a minimum quantity of 10 pieces, be factory set with any fixed cycle time, thus ensuring absolutely no operator interference. The timers feature a red LED to indicate relay output status.
On connection of the supply voltage the relay contact/s immediately energise (pulse start) and remain energised for 50% of the cycle time, followed by a de-energisation for the next 50% of the cycle time. If the supply voltage is removed at any point, any remaining elapsed time is cancelled and if the relay contact/s are energised they will de-energise immediately

Din rail mounted or 8 & 11 pin plug in solid state output electronic flashers, available in either Triac output for AC circuits, or as a Transitor output for DC circuits. These devices are most suitable for applications where there is a prolonged flash rate and relay wear is of a concern. All terminal details with the CE mark is clearly marked on the sides of the housing.

The AC Triac version is a "pause start" and of a fixed 1 sec cycle (0.5 sec Off & 0.5 sec On).
The DC Transitor version is also a "pause start" and is available with a choice of adjustable cycle times. A set cycle time equates to 50% of the time as On and 50% of the time as Off. NR8000 Series - A din rail mounted �pulse on, pulse off" latching relay, modular in construction and thus suitable for mounting within consumer units. The relay is DPCO rated at 16Amps and benefits from a continuously rated coil so that if circumstances dictate the coil supply can be left permanently on. The relay requires a supply to the coil to energise, on removal of the supply the contacts remain in an energised position. Re-connection of the coil supply and the contacts will de-energise. The relay can also be manually switched via a front pushbutton and a flag indicator is also fitted. This relay is particularly suitable for duty changeover of pump sets either by demand or time, however, other applications are limitless.

TYPE 135 135.1 136.2 136.2.1

Mechanical extension timers, totally mechanically driven by clockwork spring, no auxiliary supply voltage required. The moment the setting knob is turned past zero to the set time required, the contacts switch, the timer will then start running back to zero. When zero is reached the contacts will switch back.
If after the initial time has been set, it is required that the set time needs to be lengthened or shortened, this can be done by turning the knob to the new time required without harming the mechanical mechanism. The timer benefits from 15Amp or 16Amp contacts (dependant on type) and is easily fitted to the front of a control panel via screw fixings.

� Main Characteristics

Mechanical time clocks, suitable for Din rail mounting, front panel mounting or surface mounting. When front panel mounted the front panel size is standard Din 72mm (panel cut out 68mm square). Available with or without 100 hour battery reserve either as a daily time clock or weekly time clock. On daily versions each setting peg equals 15 mins, on weekly versions each setting peg equals 2 hours. All versions feature captive time setting pegs, an override switch ON/OFF/AUTO and 16 Amp/250VAC rated switching contacts.

The ALPHA clocks are stylish yet rugged and simple to use. A choice of 230VAC, 110VAC and 24VAC supply versions make them ideal for many applications.

Miniature interface relays available as SPCO and DPCO, suitable for PCB mounting or plug in into Din rail mounted bases. The relays are compact in construction being of low profile and fully sealed. The PCB pins are very strong and, therefore, are hard to bend when they are inserted into the Din rail sockets (this has been a weak point in the past with this style of relay). The relays maybe miniature in size but with regards to current switching capacity, they are large. The RTB14 being a 5 pin SPCO relay switching 12Amp, the RTD14 being an 8 pin relay but SPCO switching 16Amp (the current is shared across two sets of output pins), the RTE24 being an 8 pin relay DPCO switching 8Amp. These relays due to the compact size are without any indication, however when Din rail base types PI-35BE, PI-50BE and PI-50BE/3 are utilised a range of LED modules, suppression modules and LED modules can be plugged into these bases.

� Description

A Din standard 48mm front panel mounted electronic timer. The timer is multi time range. Selectable from the front are eight different time ranges from 1 sec - 600 hrs.

The timer is also multi voltage 24 - 240VAC/DC. Fitted are two pairs of changeover contacts rated at 5Amps. The timer can be used for either delay on, or delay off applications, depending on what side the contacts are wired.

A mode switch is also fitted (mode A or B). Mode A will facilitate two timed contacts and mode B one timed and one instant contact.

Please note that the AH5R-G has now been superseded by the AH4CN-RG. This unit has the same functionality but comes in two voltage options 12-48VACDC and 100-240VACDC instead of specific voltages.

Miniature electronic 4 pole timer with multiple time ranges and multiple functions. Two front mounted LEDs show the presence of power feed and relay status.

A din rail mounted tri-voltage modular latching / sequence relay with a selectable memory option. Outputs are four individual single pole normally open contacts. The unit is programmed via three front selector switches. Switch 1 determines the number of relays in play, switch 2 the function of the latching / sequencing of the relays, switch 3 selects if the memory function is required. The unit requires a permanent supply to the coil and operation is then achieved by using up to three volt free trigger commands from A1 onto terminals FWD, BCK or RESET. The unit reacts to the leading edge of a trigger input only. A trigger to FWD will cause the unit to switch the relays in a forward manner, whilst a trigger to BCK will cause the unit to step back a position. A RESET trigger will cause the unit to reset back to the first (start) position.

An Attractive modern designed multi voltage, multi time range star delta timer. A selector switch is provided to select four different �star� time ranges from 0.1 sc to 10 mins, fine time selection on the selected range is achieved via a percentage potentiometer. On connection of the supply voltage the "Star" contact remains closed and timing immediately commences, after the expiry of the set delay time the "Star" contact opens. There then follows a dwell time of 100mSec (on request 30mSec) and the separate "Delta" contact then closes

Din rail mounted or 8 & 11 pin plug in star delta timers, dedicated coil voltage and dedicated adjustable time range. The timers have two independent contact outputs, one designed as Star and one as Delta. Miniature interface relays available as SPCO and only with DC coils. The RTB74 is a special sensitive coil version of the RTB14 relay, the RTB74 has a much higher coil resistance and hence a lower coil consumption. This makes the RTB74 relay ideal for use on converting BMS and PLC analogue output voltage signals to digital outputs when there is only limited power behind the signal. In particular the 12VDC version is used extensively with the 0-10VDC output signal from "Trend Building Management Systems".

Other applications include converting transistor outputs to digital or when utilising a power supply and overall power consumption has to be kept within limits. The RTB74 relay can be PCB mounted or be used with a Din rail socket, however it is not recommended that the plug in LED modules are utilised if the relays have been selected because of the low coil consumption, using the LED module will of course increase the overall current consumption.
