Dual setpoint 0.1-10V DC relay. Providing two separately controllable trip levels. With R1 selected as the "High" level and R2 as the "Low" level. When the monitored signal voltage rises above R2 set level R2 relay will energise. If the voltage continues to rise above R1 set level, relay R1 will energise. Conversely as the monitored voltagefalls R1 will de-energise, if the fall continues R2 will de-energise. The unit has a built in fixed hysteresis of 2% at each setpoint to avoid relay "chatter".

Current control for rising current link terminals Y2 & B1. The output relay energises when the monitored current signal rises above the set level selected via the front potentiometer. The output relay de-energises when the monitored current falls below the set level less the hysteresis adjustable via a second potentiometer, 5 to 50% against the set level. On initial start up (connection of the auxiliary supply), the output relay is inhibited for a time period adjustable between 0.1-10 secs, this allows the measuring circuit to correctly determine the level of the monitored current signal before operation.
Current control for falling current link terminals Y1 & Y2. The output relay de-energises when the monitored current signal rises above the set level selected via the front potentiometer. The output relay re-energises when the monitored current falls below the set level less the hysteresis adjustable via a second potentiometer, 5 to 50% against the set level. On initial start up (connection of the auxiliary supply), the output relay will energise for a time period adjustable between 0.1-10 secs, irrespective of the level of the monitored current signal.
